Curation:
Warwick Stone Creative has curated an extensive collection of memorabilia and room artwork for the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas in addition to its four franchises: Vancouver, Lake Tahoe, Sioux City, and Tulsa locations. We maintain high museum standards while cataloging, storing, valuing, insuring and caring for the Hard Rock’s assets.
Buying:
Warwick has been bidding in memorabilia auctions since the mid eighties and as such is a confident and experienced purchasing agent recognized by the worlds best auctioneers. We also have long and trusted relationships with the community of Rock n Roll photographers, guitar dealers and memorabilia traders which benefits our clients.
Artist Relations:
Work closely with artists/management companies to acquire new exhibits and leverage these new displays into highly publicized media events. New displays help keep the collection fresh and help market musical groups and upcoming performances at the location.
Fabrication & Design:
We handle all the fabrication, staging and creative design for all memorabilia exhibits at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas and its 4 franchises. Most exhibits are designed and extensively tested in our studio so that public installation is fast and non-intrusive to casino guests.
Marketing:
Through appearances on the History Channels’ hit reality show, PAWN STARS, Warwick Stone has become the face behind the Hard Rock Hotel memorabilia collection. These shows have had a worldwide impact, sparking recognition and making the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas a landmark destination for tourists.
Valuation:
For Market Value, Resale Value or Insurance Value, we are able to provide a highly accurate valuation of all things Rock & Roll, “Anything from Lady Madonna to Lady Gaga.” Warwick Stone is a graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering and is a professional appraiser (USPAP, GPPA) and Rock N Roll appraiser to History Chanel's long running PAWN STARS.
Shipping:
Provide professional packing, shipping, crating, freighting logistics and customs documents, nationally and internationally.
Inventory needs:
The WSCS staff carefully log all details of collected memorabilia with photographs, value, provenance, etc. Warwick Stone has created a custom cloud-based software application for tracking and valuing all aspects and provenances of a memorabilia collection including the ability to create up-to-the-minute reports for total inventory management and insurance valuations.
